The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest made in a sexual assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– in 2008, a 13-year-old girl met a man over the internet and was lured into meeting him in the city of Brampton,
– the girl met the man and he sexually assaulted her.
On Monday, June 6, 2011, Giuseppe “Joey” Luceno, 27, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
1. Luring a Child Under 16,
2. Invitation to Sexual Touching,
3. Sexual Assault,
4. Sexual Interference.
He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Wednesday, July 12, 2011, room 301 at 1 p.m.
Police believe there may be more victims.
