The Hamilton Police Service Victims of Crime Unit has arrested an Ancaster man and charged him with sexual assault after investigating allegations that he sexually assaulted two employees at his business. Investigators are concerned there may be further victims.

On June 7th, 2011, Hamilton Police were contacted by two victims alleging they had been sexually assaulted by their employer. The investigation was continued by the Victims of Crime Unit.

Investigators learned that Ali KHAN, the franchise owner of the Harvey’s’ restaurant located at 2800 Barton St. E., had been acting inappropriately for the past 2-3 months and over the course of that time had sexually assaulted two people working at his restaurant.

On June 16th, 2011, Ali KHAN was arrested at his home. He attended a bail hearing on June 16th, 2011.

Charges: Sexual Assault x 2
