On Thursday, June 16, 2011, shortly after 10 p.m., police responded to a shooting call at 2901 Jane Street.
Police attended the address, where upwards of 40 people had gathered, and located a 26-year-old man suffering from obvious gunshot wounds.
On Tuesday, June 21, 2011, at 3:30 p.m., Fayad Shamir Moursalien, 26, of London, Ontario, was arrested and charged with First Degree Murder.
He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West, on Wednesday, June 22, 2011, room 301, at 10 a.m.
