The RNC is working with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to confirm the cause of death. A second adult male was transported to hospital for non-life threatening injuries and has since been released. The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Major Crime Unit does not believe this murder to be a random act of violence.
Major Crime officers are also seeking the assistance of the general public in locating a 25 year old person of interest named PHILIP WAYNE PYNN.
