On Friday, July 29, 2011, at 9:50 p.m., police responded to a call for a shooting at 7 Capri Road.
On Wednesday, August 3, 2011, Juede Rayon Noel, 24, of Toronto, surrendered to police at 22 Division. He has been charged with:
1) Second Degree Murder.
He was scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Thursday August 4, 2011, room 206, at 10 a.m.
