London police seek suspects in the murder of Duy Van Nguyen

The individual found deceased at the above address on the evening of Friday, August 12, 2011 is 31-year-old DUY VAN NGUYEN.

Mr. Nguyen was found in his home at approximately 8:30 p.m. that evening, suffering from serious injuries. Following an autopsy, and through investigation, the manner of death has been determined to be homicide.

There has been no arrest or charge laid in relation to Mr. Nguyen’s murder, and the criminal investigation continues.

Investigators are appealing to anyone with information about this incident and to anyone who observed Mr. Nguyen and/or any suspicious activity in the general vicinity of 921 Railton Avenue during the day or evening of August 12, 2011 to report the information to the London Police.

Update – August 13, 2011

Members of the London Police Service Major Crime Section continue to investigate the death of 31 year-old man found deceased at 921 Railton Avenue during the evening of Friday, August 12, 2011.
Police investigators are working with the Office of the Coroner to determine the circumstances that led to the man’s death, and an autopsy is scheduled to take place at London Health Sciences Centre Sunday, August 14, 2011. Anyone with information relating to this incident is asked to report it to the London Police.

Homicide – 921 Railton Avenue

On Friday, August 12, 2011, at approximately 8:40 p.m. the London Police Service responded to 921 Railton Avenue, along with EMS, where they found a male suffering from injuries. The male was later pronounced dead at the scene. Members of the Major Crime Section are continuing the investigation.
