On Friday, August 12, 2011, at approximately 8:30 p.m., 31-year-old, Duy Nguyen of London was found deceased in his home at 921 Railton Avenue.
On Thursday, August 18, 2011, 27-year-old Vuong Van Tran, of London was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit robbery in relation to this incident.
As a result of further investigation, the London Police Service is now charging Vuong Van Tran with second degree murder.
