Kristopher ANDERSON was an employee of a children’s agency at the time of the offence and has been employed as a child and youth worker since late 2008. The victim was a resident at one of this agency’s group homes.
On August 3rd, 2011, Hamilton Police Service received information regarding this investigation from the Children’s Aid Society. The incidents occurred between July 17th, 2011 to July 28th, 2011 and involved Kristopher ANDERSON inviting the victim to engage in sexual activity with him on several occasions.
The Hamilton Police Service Victims of Crime Unit investigated and on August 15th, 2011 arrested Kristopher ANDERSON. He was released on a Promise to Appear in court on September 26th, 2011.
