Officers attended and located a man suffering from an obvious gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim has been identified as Rendell Palacios, 22, of Toronto.
The post-mortem examination is scheduled for Wednesday, August 24, 2011.
It is reported that:
– two men, armed with a firearm, entered an apartment and shot the victim,
– the two men then fled from the apartment.
The victim was also shot in June 2011 in London, Ontario.
Investigators are appealing to anyone who heard or saw anything on Monday, August 22, 2011, between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m., at 12 Rosseau Road.
