On Monday, October 17, 2011, a man was arrested in connection with a sexual assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– a 25-year-old woman was sexually assaulted by the accused at Debre Selam St. Michael’s Church, 125 Broadview Avenue
The accused was a volunteer at the church.
Ashenafi Kahsay, 32, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1) Sexual Assault
He was scheduled to appear in court at College Park, on Tuesday, October 18, 2011, at 10 a.m., room 501.
