The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.

John Elbe, 30, was last seen on Monday, October, 24, 2011, at 10:55 a.m., at 900 Dufferin Street. 

He is described as white, 6’1″, 190 lbs., dark, wavy short hair with brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black rain jacket, burgundy or purple fleece top, black khaki pants and black Nike shoes.

He functions at the level of a 10-year-old.

Police are concerned for his safety.

Update: John Elbe was located on Monday October 24, 2011, at approximately 9:30 p.m.
