The Hamilton Police Service has been investigating a series of potentially linked indecent acts in the City’s west end, which have taken place over the past two years.
It is believed the male has approached females in the Westdale area while driving an SUV. The male has only interacted with the victims through conversation and there is no information to suggest that he is attempting any physical contact. Through the investigation, it is believed he may have access to other vehicles.
Charged: Ian Franklin, 37 years of age of Hamilton
Charges: Criminal Harassment – in relation to one incident in December
Hamilton Police believe there may be further victims.
