Brampton husband Jatinder Dhaliwal arrested in connection to wife’s murder

Investigators from the Peel Regional Police Homicide Bureau have arrested a male in connection to the murder of his wife.

On Monday, May 28, 2012 at approximately 5:20 a.m. police responded to a 911 call on Sled Dog Road in Brampton.  Police located a deceased female with obvious signs of trauma.  The victim has been identified as Lakhvir Dhaliwal a 37 year old mother of two.  Her two children, ages 8 and 9, were home at the time of the incident, but were unharmed.

A short time later the victim’s husband, Jatinder Dhaliwal was arrested in connection to the murder, after being involved in a single motor vehicle collision at Torbram Road and Peter Robertson Boulevard in Brampton.
