On Friday, March 19, 2010, at 9:30 p.m., police responded to a call for a robbery in the Dundas Street West/Bellwoods Avenue area.It is alleged that:
– between Thursday, December 18, 2008 and Tuesday, March 31, 2009, a man attended a massage parlour,
– the man knocked on the front door,
– when the woman opened the door, the man grabbed her by the neck and started to choke her,
– he then forced her to the second-floor bedroom where he stole her money,
– the man fled the scene.
Sean Richard Woodward, 34, of Mississauga, has been charged with:
1) two counts of Robbery.
He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Friday, April 23, 2010, room 111, at 10 a.m.
Investigators believe there may be other victims.
