Brampton man Donald Levy dies of gunshot wounds

On Friday, July 20, 2012, at 9:30 p.m., police responded to a call for the sound of gunshots at 9 Driftwood Court.

It is reported that:

– police located a man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the head

– he was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries

On Wednesday, August 1, 2012, the victim died in hospital.

The victim has been identified as Donald Levy, 30, of Brampton.

Police believe this was a targeted shooting.

The post-mortem examination is scheduled for Thursday, August 2, 2012.

The deceased was with his two-year-old child at the time of the murder.

There were witnesses in the area at the time of the murder.
