Tara ChartrandThe Regina Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing woman, believed to be in Regina.

30 year old Tara Chartrand, was last seen leaving her home in the 1100 block of Rae Street, on Friday September 28th.

Chartrand is possibly wearing a pair of pink and white K-Swiss Runners. No other clothing description is available at this time. Chartrand is described as female, Aboriginal, 5’1″ and about 107 lbs, with short, straight, brown hair and brown eyes. Chartrand has a tribal art tattoo on her left arm, dolphins and earth tattoo on her upper torso, SGP on her right wrist and Elmo on her right hand, a Cross and the word Kenisha on her right calf, a feather on her left elbow, the initials T.C. on her left shoulder, and a heart on her left ankle. She also had a circular scar on her left hand. Chartrand also goes by the last name of Shingoose at times.
