Canada Wide Warrant for First Degree Murder for Chael Mills, aka “GINGA,” 19, of Toronto.

On Monday, May 3, 2010, at 3:33 p.m., police responded to a shooting call in the Winona Drive/Hursting Avenue area.

Officers located a boy suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

The victim was taken to hospital via emergency run, but succumbed to his injuries.

The victim has been identified as Mitchell Leton Celise, 17, of Toronto.

On Wednesday, May 19, 2010, Lavare Williams, 18, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

1) First Degree Murder.

He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West, on Thursday, May 20, 2010, room 306, at 10 a.m.

A Canada Wide Warrant for First Degree Murder has been issued for Chael Mills, aka "GINGA," 19, of Toronto.

He is described as having a light-black complexion, 6′, 180 lbs., with brown eyes. He has a very distinct tattoo, "BTTW," on the right side of his neck.

Police are appealing to Chael Mills to contact a lawyer for legal advice and to make arrangements to surrender to police.

He is considered armed and dangerous. Do not approach him. Call 9-1-1.
