The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing girl.
Lynecia Blugh, 12, was last seen on Friday, November 9, 2012, at 9 p.m., in the Kennedy Road/Eglinton Avenue East area.
She is described as having a dark complexion, 5’4″, 125 lbs., black hair and the right side of her head is shaved. She was last seen wearing a zip-up black hoodie, a blue tank top, black track pants, black socks and no shoes.
Police are concerned for her safety.
