In the early morning of December 13th, the local Mounties responded to a missing person report of an 18 year-old Chelsea Ann Nygren.
Nygren was last heard from in the evening of December 12th.
Nygren is described as:
– A Caucasian female,
– 5’0″ tall and 106 lbs, and
– With long dark hair.
Nygren has scars on her cheek and a tattoo says “NEIL” on the back of her neck.
She was last seen wearing a short dark brown jacket with a fur hood, blue jeans, and black flat-soled knee high boots. She was carrying a purse.
