The Ottawa Police is asking for public assistance to locate a 48 year-old man, reported missing from a local hospital.
Michael Lewis of Ottawa was last seen this morning at 7:30 a.m. He is believed to be on foot or using public transportation.
He is described as white, 6’,(183cm) tall, with gray wavy hair, and wearing glasses. He was wearing a Green Bay Packers sweatshirt, cream cargo pants, blue/green and gold shoes and a blue and green toque. Mr. Lewis also has a grey walking cast.
