The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Rick Hazzard, 23, was last seen on Monday, April 29, 2013, at approximately 4 p.m., in the Weston Road/Lawrence Avenue West area.
He is described as black, 5’8″, 150 lbs., with short hair and a thin face. He is non-verbal and autistic.
Police are concerned for his safety.
