On Tuesday, June 28, 2010, police responded to a call for a sexual assault in the Victoria Park Road/Eglinton Avenue East area.It is alleged that:
– a nine-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by a school bus driver in the Kennedy Road/Eglinton Avenue East area.
Delfin Zapanta, 63, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1) two counts of Sexual Assault,
2) two counts of Sexual Exploitation,
3) two counts of Invitation to Sexual Touching.
He was scheduled to appear in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East, on Wednesday, June 28, 2010, room 412, at 10 a.m.
Police believe there may be other victims.
