Ottawa man Carson Morin charged with attempted murder

Today, the Ottawa Police Service responded to call for service regarding a disturbance in the 200 block of Fernleaf Crescent at approx. 1:50 pm. Upon arrival, Patrol Officers found an injured 20 year old male who had been stabbed. 

The man’s injuries were deemed life threatening and the man was transported to a local hospital by Ottawa Paramedic Service.

The Ottawa Police Service East District Investigation Section has charged Carson Morin, 20 years old, of Ottawa with Attempted Murder, and Possess Weapon Dangerous to Public Peace. 

He was scheduled to appear in court on Thursday, May 16, 2013.
