The Ottawa Police Service has laid charges in relation to an incident that occurred in the 6100 block of Perth Street on July 2, 2010.
At approximately 9:39 am on July 2, 2010, a female suspect struck a 60-year-old male victim with her vehicle, resulting in serious injuries to the male. The male victim is currently in stable condition at the hospital.
As a result of this incident, Rachelle DENIS, 38-years-old of Ottawa, is charged with:
• Attempt Murder x1
• Aggravated Assault x1
• Assault with Weapon x1
• Dangerous operation of Motor Vehicle x1
• Fail to stop at scene of accident x1
She is scheduled to appear in court today.
