Christian Phinney and Brady Loos both from Sackville charged with robbery

Sackville RCMP has arrested four people for an attempted robbery that occurred in Sackville on July 7, 2010. 18-year-old Christian Phinney from Sackville has been charged for attempted robbery with violence and breach of probation, while 18-year-old Brady Loos from Sackville was charged for attempted robbery with violence. They both appeared in court in Moncton this morning and were released from custody. No pleas were entered. Phinney will re-appear on August 24, 2010 and Loos will re-appear on August 31, 2010. Two minors were also arrested and will appear in court at a later date.

These arrests stem from an incident that occurred on July 7, 2010 when a Sackville couple, while out walking, were approached and assaulted by four individuals demanding money. The suspects fled the scene after one of the victims managed to call 911.
