The Ottawa Police Service’s Sexual Assault/Child Abuse Section has charged an Ottawa male following an indecent act on Flora Street.
On July 18, 2010, at approximately 1:30 am, a woman in her twenties was walking her dog in the 100 block of Flora Street when she observed a naked male masturbating on a private laneway.
The woman called 911 and police subsequently attended and arrested the male after a brief search.
Anthony Thomas LACKEY, 28-years-old of Ottawa, is charged with Indecent act, Trespass at night, and Breach of probation. He is scheduled to appear in court today.
