Mark Brill, Iliam Burbano, Kelly Burgess, Lindsay Windhager, Aleisha Cuff, Rachel Hout, Wendy Forrest, John Clarke, Lindsay Hart charged with OCAP mischief in Toronto

On Wednesday July 21, 2010, members of the Ontario Coalition Against Poverty (OCAP) held a rally at 900 Bay Street.

It is alleged that:

– following the rally, OCAP members then proceeded to march to the Liberal Party of Canada’s offices on St. Mary Street,

– a small group of OCAP members forced their way into the offices and refused to leave.

Mark Brill, 52, of Toronto, Iliam Burbano, 44, of Toronto, Kelly Burgess, 29, of Toronto, Lindsay Windhager, 27, of Toronto, Aleisha Cuff, 40, of Toronto, Rachel Hout, 25, of Toronto, Wendy Forrest, 64, of Toronto, John Clarke, 56, of Toronto, Lindsay Hart, 23, of Oakville, have each been charged with:

1) Mischief interfere with property,
2) Forcible entry.

They were scheduled to appear in court at College Park, Thursday, July 22, 2010, room 501, at 10 a.m.
