High risk offender Morris Wilson on the loose in Vancouver

The Vancouver Police Department believes that compelling circumstances exist requiring the Department to warn the public that Morris Gordon Wilson poses a significant risk to the safety of male children.

Morris Wilson has past convictions for sexual offences against pre-pubescent boys and is considered a high risk to re-offend. He currently resides in a Vancouver halfway house where he is serving a two year sentence for breach of a long term supervision order.

He is a 56 year-old while male, 174cm (5’9”), 70kg (154lbs.), with brown hair and hazel eyes. He often wears prescription glasses.

Wilson is currently bound by the provisions of Statutory Release, and must abide by the following conditions.

No contact with anyone under the age of 14.
Not to attend parks, public swimming pools, schools, playgrounds, day care centres or any place where children are likely to congregate.
Not to possess or consume alcohol or non-prescription drugs.
If anyone observes Morris Wilson breaching his conditions they are asked to call 9-1-1.
