Police are currently on scene at a sudden death in Halifax.
At 7:03 a.m., police responded to a report of a sudden death outside an apartment building at 7001 Leppert Street. A citizen walking in the area discovered the body of a deceased woman outside the building. The Medical Examiner Service and investigators from the HRP Forensic Identification Section are currently on scene.
The investigation is in its early stages but the death does not appear to be suspicious.
