On Friday, July 30, 2010, at 7:33 p.m., police responded to a call for the discovery of a human body in the Humber River, between Finch Avenue West and Rexdale Boulevard.

Police located a 17-year-old boy near the riverbank.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

On Wednesday, August 4, 2010, in the early morning, a 17-year-old boy was arrested and charged with First Degree Murder.

He was scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Wednesday, August 4, 2010, room 204, 9 a.m.

Later, in the evening, a 17-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy were arrested and charged with First Degree Murder.

They were both scheduled to appear in court at 311 Jarvis Street on Thursday, August 5, 2010, 9 a.m.
