The RNC General Investigation Unit has arrested and charged twenty-one year old Jeffrey Earle for his alleged involvement in an armed robbery that occurred on August 13, 2010 at Ultramar on Blackmarsh Road in St. John’s, NL.

At approximately 6:50 AM on Friday, August 13, 2010, members of the RNC Patrol Division responded to a complaint of an armed robbery at Ultramar located at 36 Blackmarsh Road. A male suspect had entered the store armed with a knife. The suspect then left the store with an undisclosed quantity of cash and cigarettes. No injuries were sustained during the commission of the offence.

This afternoon the RNC General Investigation Unit arrested and charged Jeffrey Earle for armed robbery and breaches of court order. The accused has been held to appear in court at a later date.
