Vancouver Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating William Karl Strasser who is wanted Canada-wide for breach of conditions. Strasser is unlawfully at large after failing to return to his half-way house in Vancouver for his 9:00 p.m. curfew on August 17th.
Strasser has a history of armed robberies in the Vancouver area.
He is Metis, 58 years old, 5’7", 172 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has numerous tattoos including a lion’s head on his left upper arm, a butterfly on his left forearm, the image of a woman on his right forearm and an eagle on his chest.
Anyone who sees William Strasser is asked to not approach him and call 9-1-1 immediately.
