On Saturday, September 4, 2010, police charged a man in an assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– on Saturday, September 4, 2010, at 7:20 p.m., a TPS Parking Enforcement Officer issued a parking tag on a truck that was illegally parked on Haimer Avenue,
– the owner of the truck approached the PEO and punched him in the face, causing him to fall to the ground.
Staford Wright, 67, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1) Assault
He is scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Monday, October 11, 2010, room 202, at 1:30 p.m.
