Home Depot robbed at gunpoint in Vancouver

September 7th, 9:30 p.m. – Vancouver Police are searching for a suspect following an armed robbery at the Home Depot in the 2300 block of Cambie Street just before 9:30 p.m. Tuesday evening.

Staff had just finished closing the store when a man suddenly appeared in one of the aisles. The man allegedly pointed a pistol at staff members and demanded money from the till. He made off with an undetermined amount of cash after fleeing on foot from the store.

The suspect is described as black, 6`0" tall, 175 lbs., with a slim build. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and long grey pants.
