Thursday evening the 9th of September, Harvey McNichol was on Pearl Street, Sudbury where he sprayed 3 people with bear spray (pepper spray) causing redness, burning and soreness. He then stabbed one of the victim’s in the neck with a pencil causing a puncture wound and bleeding. McNichol held a knife in his hand aggressively while chasing the three victims as they ran to safety. McNichol is currently on court ordered conditions that he was found to have been breaching.
McNichol is currently of no fixed address. Police did check several possible addresses for this party but could not locate him.
He was described as wearing a white sweatshirt, white muscle shirt and jeans with a red had that was on backwards. He is 178 cm, 68 kg with black hair (short) and brown eyes.
He is wanted for assault with a weapon times 5, possession of a prohibited weapon, carry a concealed weapon, and breach of probation times 2.
