The Nanaimo RMCP are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 58 year old Andre Goguen, missing since January 21th, 2014. Goguen often went for a daily walk that lasted several hours. When he did not return that night or the next day, his roommate contacted the Nanaimo RCMP.
Goguen rarely left his apartment other than to walk to the Terminal Park Mall or to a nearby friend’s place. He frequented the 7-10 breakfast club on Fitzwilliam St but those who attend there have not seen or heard from him since January 21th.
Goguen has no medical issues and noaddictions that would compromise his safety. He did not take any of his effects with him, has limited access to funding and he does not have a vehicle. Andre Goguen is a white male, 5 ft 7 , 130 pounds with long frizzy grey hairand a curling grey beard. He was last seen wearing a blue fleece lined denim jacket and a red vest.
