Peel Regional Police Homicide investigators have made two more arrests in the June 2011 murder of 32 year-old Keith Brissett Jr. of Mississauga.

On Tuesday, June 7, 2011, at approximately 8:47 p.m., officers responded to an apartment complex on Rexwood Road for a report of shots fired.  Upon arrival, officers discovered Mr. Brissett, with no vital signs, seated in the driver’s seat of his vehicle.  He was pronounced dead at the scene, having succumbed to the multiple gunshot injuries he received in this brazen targeted shooting.

In October of 2012, officers charged 23 year-old Junior Moy-Lingomba of Brampton and 22 year-old Anthony Borden of Mississauga with First Degree Murder. Both of these parties are currently before the courts on these charges.

This morning Homicide investigators, together with members of the Tactical and Rescue Unit, executed simultaneous arrest warrants for two male parties.

Arrested and charged with First Degree Murder are 25 year-old Sheldon Ranglin and 29 year-old Terrain Radcliffe Green, both of Brampton. They are expected to appear tomorrow morning before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton.
