Thirty-three-year-old Ka Chi David Siu has been charged with second degree murder and attempted murder in relation to yesterday’s incident at 3319 Kingsway.
Mr. Siu is the deceased victim’s son and the uncle of the injured girl. He remains under guard in hospital.
