On Wednesday June 11, 2014 Windsor Police received a complaint from a 51 year old woman in relation to a Sexual Assault allegation. The victim alleges that the assault took place at Cheung’s Trading on Wyandotte Street West while she was being treated by a practitioner.
Chak Cheung 77 years of age attended Windsor Police Headquarters this morning and was arrested without incident. He is charged with Sexual Assault. He was released with a court date later in July 2014.
