On July 23, 2014, at approx. 2:30pm, a male teenager sexually assaulted a female victim in the area Grenon Avenue and Noren Avenue. The victim chased after the suspect, she contacted police and patrol officers responded to the scene. The male was arrested a short time later.
As a result of the investigation, a 13-year-old male (young offender) has been charged with three counts of Sexual assault. He was charged with one count in relation to the July 23rd incident as well as two counts for two other separate incidents reported on July 14, 2014, in the area of the 2800 block of Dumaurier Avenue, and the area of Richmond Road/Bayshore Drive.
