he Hamilton Police Service Victims of Crime Unit has arrested and charged a Hamilton man with several sex related offences.
In May 2014, a teenaged female reported to Hamilton Police that she had been sexually assaulted by a man she met on a popular social media site. Investigators from the Victims of Crime Unit Child Abuse Branch continued the investigation
On August 21st, 2014, Child Abuse Investigators arrested the accused at a Hamilton Mountain home. He was held for a Bail Hearing scheduled for today.
Charged: Dino Cavalluzzi (M) 41yrs., of Hamilton
Charges:
– Sexual Assault x2
– Sexual Interference x2
– Invitation to Sexual Touching x2
The accused identified himself on the social media site as ‘Dino Anthony’ and Child Abuse Investigators believe there may be other victims who met the accused on the Internet and may have been victimized.
