On Thursday, August 28th 2014, the Ottawa Police Service’s Sexual Assault & Child Abuse Section charged an Ottawa man after a report of a Sexual Assault.
On Tuesday, August 26th 2014, police responded to a home in Ottawa’s West end after a report that a teenage woman had been inappropriately touched by the instructor, during a driving lesson.
Marc-Andre Rouleau, 48 years old, of Ottawa, was charged with one count of Sexual Assault and one count of Sexual Exploitation.
Mr. Rouleau will appear in court today for a Bail Hearing.
