It is alleged that:
– the accused is employed as a salesman who has on occasion travelled throughout Toronto and Mississauga,
– between December 2009 and October 30, 2010, the accused attended the Humber College residence at 3199 Lakeshore Boulevard West, as well as the University of Toronto, Mississauga residence at 3359 Mississauga Road, peering through the windows at women, who were in various stages of undress,
– on some occasions, he used binoculars to observe the women at the residences from the front seat of his vehicle, which is described as a four-door, blue, North American sedan,
– on two occasions, he tried to take photographs of the women.
It is further alleged that:
– the accused also used a cell phone and hidden camera to surreptitiously videotape underneath women’s skirts in change rooms, stairwells and public washrooms at the Eaton Centre and the Scotia Bank Plaza,
On Saturday, October 30, 2010, Erik Villumsen, 26, of Mississauga, was charged with:
1. six counts of Voyeurism-Observe of Record Activity,
2. Mischief Interfere with Property,
3. Criminal Harassment (Watch)
He appeared in court on Old City Hall on Sunday, October 31, 2010, room 111, 10 a.m.
Police believe there may be other victims.
