13 year old girl sexually assaulted in Toronto

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an ongoing sexual assault investigation.

On Tuesday, November 2, 2010, at approximately 3:30 p.m., it is alleged that:

– a 13-year-old girl was walking in the area of Knob Hill Park, in the Brimley Road/Graylee Avenue area, which is also accessible from Danforth Road,

– she was approached by a man in his late teens who engaged her in conversation,

– the two walked through the park and when they approached a secluded area, the man sexually assaulted the girl,

– the suspect fled the area.

The suspect is described as black, in his late teens.
