The Calgary Police Service is seeking public assistance in locating a teen reported missing in July.
Shyana Popplestone, 16, was reported missing in early July, after leaving asouthwest Calgary location on Monday, July 7, 2014.
It is believed she was spending time with a friend, who has since been located.
The circumstances around her leaving are not considered suspicious; however she does require medication, which she may be out of.
She is described as Caucasian, 5’ 6” tall, 150 lbs., with straight blonde or dyed hair, shaved on the right side. She has brown-green eyes, as well as lip and tongue piercings.
It is believed she may be in Calgary or Vancouver.
Update: The 16-year-old female was reported missing in early July, has since been located, and is safe.
