On November 3, 2010, 29-year-old Jimmy Rhéal Lévesque of Eel River Crossing appeared in Campbellton Provincial Court and pleaded guilty to robbery and breach of probation charges. The charges stemmed from May 7, 2010, when an elderly couple was robbed in the parking lot of the Darlington Mall in Dalhousie, N.B.

Lévesque was remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear in court on December 1, 2010, for sentencing.
