Eight people arrested for drug offences in London, Ontario

On November 4th, 2010, members of the Guns and Drugs Section and the Emergency Response Section executed two search warrants: a Drug search warrant at an address on Hamilton Road and a Criminal Code search warrant at a nearby address on Hamilton Road. Information had been received that David ARBUCKLE was dealing crack cocaine from the first address and that firearms were being stored at the second address. Numerous citizens had complained about this residence as a ‘crack house’.

At 10:15 PM, members of the Emergency Response Section entered both addresses. Six individuals were detained in the residences while a male and a female jumped out of the second story window and attempted to flee on foot. Both were arrested shortly thereafter by members of the Guns and Drugs Section. Upon arrest, police located a bag containing 28 gm of cocaine and 23 gm of crack cocaine in the males left sock.

Police seized: 37.4 gm crack cocaine, 28 gm powder cocaine, 1 gm of Marihuana; for a total value of $6550 as well as $1450 of Canadian currency and an expandable baton.

19 year old David ARBUCKLE of London – CDSA 5(2) x 3 (possession for the purpose of trafficking) , YCJA 137 (fail to comply with youth sentence), CC 145 1(a) (escape Lawful Custody)
28 year old Ian EUNICK from Ajax – CDSA 5(2) x 2 (possession for the purpose of trafficking), CC 139 (2) (obstruct Justice)
25 year old Stacey DEVOST of London – CDSA 5(2) (possession for the purpose of trafficking), CC 733.1(1) (breach of probation)
40 year old Tracy WALL of London – CDSA 5(2) (possession for the purpose of trafficking)
20 year old Samater ALI of London – CDSA 5(2) x 2 (possession for the purpose of trafficking)
54 years old Jerry LUCAS of London – CDSA 5(2) (possession for the purpose of trafficking)
49 years old Thomas HARDY of London – CDSA 5(2) (possession for the purpose of trafficking)
34 year old Kenneth WALKER of London – CDSA 5(2) (possession for the purpose of trafficking)
