Ottawa man Jim Theodossiou charged with sexual assault

Yesterday, the Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse (SACA) Section has charged an Ottawa man following an investigation into an allegation of sexual assault.

In December 2014, investigators received a complaint and commenced an investigation into the allegation of sexual assault involving a local restaurant owner and a female employee in her late teens. The man co-owns a restaurant located in the 1600 block of Merivale Road. 

Jim Theodossiou, 75 years old, of Ottawa was charged with one count of Sexual assault. He is scheduled to appear in court on February 12, 2015.

SACA investigators are concerned that there could be other victims.
