On Thursday, January 29, 2015 the London Police Internet Child Exploitation Unit executed a search warrant at a Sanford Street residence in the city of London.
As a result of the evidence obtained, 35-year-old Sokheng Hank Chhay of London, was charged with the following Criminal Codeoffences:
– Four counts of possession of child pornography, contrary to section 163.1(4)
– Three counts of make available child pornography, contrary to section 163.1(3)
– Access child pornography, contrary to section 163.1(4.1)
