The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing man.
Youri Kolpaktshi, 28, was last seen on Tuesday, March 17, 2015, at 8:45 a.m., in the Mortimer Avenue & Woodbine Avenue area.
He is described as fair complexion, medium build with short brown hair. He was last seen wearing a brown winter jacket.
Police are concerned for his safety.
